Here is a video of No.7, struggling to get out of the shell, not helped by No.4 the BEI who’d hatched hours before and was getting nice and dry and fluffy!

They can take ages to hatch, then you turn your back and out they’ve popped. As happened here!
Here he or she is again, still shattered and damp after hatching…
He’ll be in the incubator overnight to dry and get stronger before he goes into the broody with the ones born earlier.
